JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in terms of order dated 12.4.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 8925 of 2017, the amount of 1st installment has been deposited by the father of the petitioner in the account of the Complainant, but the petitioner could not surrender in the court below because he was suffering from Jaundice and doctor advised him rest, and, hence, prayer has been made to extend the time for surrendering the petitioner in the court below.

In such circumstances, petitioner is given six weeks' further time to surrender before the court below on the same terms and conditions of the order dated 12.4.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 8925 of 2017.
