The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kinjar P.S. Case No. 29/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Suchit Kumar with Farsa on his head.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with Farsa, but lacerated wound was found on the head of Suchit Kumar.

It appears that petitioner assaulted with Farsa, a danger weapon on the head of Suchit Kumar and corresponding injury was found and the opinion is kept reserved. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to
