JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2022 The learned counsel for the respondent-State seeks to file a counter affidavit, which is taken on record. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the counter affidavit filed today, it appears that the entire death-cum-retiral dues have stood paid to the petitioner herein, hence though the petitioner does not wish to pursue the present writ petition but seeks liberty to revive the present writ petition by filing appropriate I.A. in case of any shortfall in the payment of the death-cum-retiral dues, as stated in the counter affidavit filed today in the Court itself.
