JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47 (a) (e) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

One litre country made liquor and 45 litres of dilute of Jiggary (Gud) are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 20.08.2016 and earlier petitioner had not been made accused in the case of Excise Act.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
