The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S.Case No.580 of 2013 registered under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the gravity of offence and the materials collected during investigation wherein one Sandeep Kumar Pandey @ Golu disclosed that it was the petitioner and one another shot dead the son of the informant, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
