JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Motihari Town P.S.Case No. 533 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 323, 324, 341, 379, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting the informant causing injury to him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that a title suit is going on between the parties which will appear from Annexure-3 and the injuries are simple in nature which will appears from Annexure-2.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76410 of 2018(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 533 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
