This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Goraul (Katahara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 87/2022 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a)/36/41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 420/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

In a case of huge recovery, the petitioner has been identified by the local Chowkidar.

In view of the fact that prima facie a case under the Excise Act, is made out against the petitioner, this application

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not maintainable.
