The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., the petitioner has assaulted the informant with lathi on his head causing simple injury. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. Doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
