2. The accused-petitioner, named in the F.I.R., is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gamhariya P.S. Case No. 212 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 (in short, the 'B.N.S.').
3. The allegation against the petitioner is to commit murder of married daughter of informant in her matrimonial home alongwith other named co-accused persons as she opposed the illicit relationship of her husband with one of the co-accused namely, Asha Devi, wife of Shrawan Ram.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that allegation is specifically available against the husband of the deceased namely, Mukesh Kumar, who said to be in illicit relationship with Asha Devi. It is submitted that there is no allegation available as per FIR against this petitioner and merely for the reason that he is the cousin brother of husband of the deceased, he was also implicated with the present crime in question. Petitioner claimed clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of the fact as petitioner is the cousin brother facing almost no allegation, except general allegation as to involve in conspiracy, coupled with the fact that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent, accordingly, above-named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing of bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
