No. 6311 of 2013 The interlocutory application has been filed for stay of the operation of short term tender dated 25.08.2013 issued under the office of respondent no. 2 published in 'Hindustan' daily newspaper stating therein that 'pariman bipatra' will be issued on 09.09.2013 at 1.00 p.m.; and also to stay the operation of tender dated 25.08.2013 published in 'Hindustan' daily newspaper from the office of the respondent no. 2.

2. Having regard to the nature of the prayer, the interlocutory application is allowed and the same shall be treated to form part of the writ petition.

3. The main writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent no. 2 for disposal of the application dated 08.04.2013 submitted by the petitioner for registration for

Patna High Court CWJC No.16641 of 2013 dt.29-11-2018 2/2 contractor in the Municipal Corporation, Chapra.

4. As none appeared on behalf of the petitioner the matter was passed over for a few cases. However, on repeat call the petitioner was again not represented.

5. Considering that the prayer of the petitioner relates to the facts obtaining in the year 2013 and no materials has been placed bringing the present status of the matter on record, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter.
