For a direction upon the respondent authority especially Circle Officer, Maintained to act pursuant to request dated 25/09/2023 and provide the information as sought for within a reasonable period preferably 4 weeks from the order of this Honourable court.

ii. And further also direct the CO concern to act promptly upon the application dated 25/09/2023 as soon as possible so that the petitioner could get the same in accordance with law."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
