ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 15-03-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 30.06.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Chapra in J.J.B. No. 933 of 2015 arising out of Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 37 of 1990. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference. Hence the application is rejected.

The court below is directed to conclude the proceedings positively, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any party and for which reason, the Trial Court is directed to send a list of remaining witnesses/ the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police concerned and the Superintendent of police, concerned is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
