In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 330 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made to have caused injury on the neck of the brother of the informant who ultimately died. There is a direct allegation against the petitioner to have caused injury on the neck of the brother of the informant. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
