(i) For issuance of a writ in nature of Certiorari, for quashing the order issued vide Memo No.

1780 dated 21-08-23 and Memo No.

1781 dated 21-08-23 respectively, under the signature of Block Development Officer, Gogari as

Patna High Court CWJC No.6031 of 2024(2) dt.25-04-2024 2/2 contained in Annexure-P-6 whereby and whereunder cancelled the selection the petitioner on the illegal and baseless ground only on the basis of investigation report of Assistant Prakhand Officer, Gogri.

(ii) To direct the Respondents to restore the selection of the petitioner on the post of sanitation supervisor under Gram Panchyat Raj Koela, petitioner was selected on the post of Sanitation Supervisor by the Mukhiya Gram Panchayat Raj Koela under Gram Sabha/Aam Sabha."

After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 4 i.e. the Deputy Development Commissioner, Khagaria for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
