The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 20.3.2023, whereby last line of the order is wrongly typed as "learned A.C.J.M.-II, Madhubani" instead of A.C.J.M., Jhanjharpur".

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in prayer portion of bail petition has wrongly been mentioned as satisfaction to the" learned A.C.J.M. II, Madhubani" instead of "A.C.J.M. II, Jhanjharpur". In view of the submission above, this application is allowed. The order dated 20.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64944 of 2022 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26723 of 2023(2) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 surrender before learned A.C.J.M. II, Jhanjharpur in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 496 of 2021, within a period of further four weeks from today.

The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
