2. By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

I) To issue an appropriate writ or writs in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to grant Matric Trained Pay Scale to the petitioner from the date of joining and further to grant Senior Scale on completion of 12 years of service.

II) To issue an appropriate writ or writs in the nature of mandamus

Patna High Court CWJC No.5848 of 2024 dt.16-05-2024 2/3 commanding the Respondents for entitlement of petitioner for grant of Matric Trained Pay Scale from the date of joining and further to grant Senior Scale on completion of 12 years of service in the light of Order dt.

31.03.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No.

6139 of 2007 and order dated 16.08.2017 passed in L.P.A. No. 756 of 2015, as the case of petitioner is squarely covered by the above two decisions.

III) To grant all other financial benefits along with its arrears and all consequential monetary benefit thereof in accordance with law.

IV) To issue an order/orders, direction/directions, relief/reliefs to which the petitioner would be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered with order dated 31.03.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6139 of 2007 and order dated 16.08.2017 passed in L.P.A. No. 756 of 2015 and analogous cases, hence the present writ petition can also be disposed of in light of the aforesaid orders.

4. In view of the fair submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, in my view, no useful purpose would be served keeping this writ application pending.

5. Considering the facts as available on record, the respondents are directed to ensure payment of matric trained

6. The entire exercise in this regard must be completed by the respondent Authorities within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and the necessary consequential benefit including the monetary benefits must be extended to the petitioner within a further period of one month form the date of production of a copy of this order.

7. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
