The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 218 of 2014, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is a case and counter case with regard to land dispute and both parties are descendent of common ancestor. Though, both sides have received injury, but injury on the informant side is simple in nature.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
