2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Chandramandi P.S. Case No. 22/2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/ 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 14.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38994 of 2025.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and others are alleged to have killed his wife for demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel next submits that in the trial till

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26076 of 2026(2) dt.21-04-2026 2/2 date charge has not been framed and therefore, the petitioner may be granted bail. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 03.03.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Session Judge-V, Jamui /concerned Court below in connection with Chandramandi P.S. Case No. 22/2023.
