Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7794 of 2016 taking note of recovery of cartridges from the possession of the petitioner but the trial court was directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner within six months from the date of receipt/ production of copy of the aforesaid order of this Court. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that up till now, charge could not be framed against the petitioner, which has specifically been averred at Para-9 of the petition. It is further submitted that that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 18.11.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
