The petitioner filed this review petition to review the order dated 06.12.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.19981 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a title suit is pending. The respondents filed petition before the Circle Officer for issuance of rent receipts and this Court directed the Circle Officer, Sadar, Bhojpur, Ara to dispose of the petition filed by the respondents(opposite parties of the present case) for

Patna High Court C. REV. No.118 of 2019(3) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 issuance of rent receipts with regard to the land recorded in the name of the respondents in the records of rights within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The Circle Officer was not directed to issue rent receipts. The Circle Officer is bound to dispose of the petition filed by a party in accordance with law.

Therefore, I do not find any reason to review the order dated 06.12.2018. The review petition is devoid of any merit. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
