2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is having an alternate and efficacious remedy of filing an application before the Bihar Advocates' Welfare Trustee Committee under Section 17(A) of the Bihar Advocates' Welfare Fund Act, 1983. This Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition, however, the petitioner is granted permission to file an appropriate application under Section

Patna High Court CWJC No.6062 of 2025(3) dt.11-12-2025 2/2 17(A) of the above Act within a period of four weeks from today.

3. On such application being made, the same shall be considered on its own merit. It is needless to mention that the petitioner shall be granted an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of filing of the application by the petitioner. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner. It is hoped that the RespondentCommittee shall duly take into consideration the pandemic situation prevailing in the country due to the COVID-19.

4. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
