JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-11-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to pay Handicapped disabled pension to the petitioner, which he was receiving earlier but the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Nalanda for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted.
