The petitioner submits that he has filed an application before the District Legal Aid Committee for exemption of court fee payable in Title Suit No.402 of 2008, but the District Legal Aid Committee on consideration of his case came to the conclusion that he is not entitled to legal aid as he was an exgovernment employee and his income is more than Rs.50,000/- per annum.

No one appeared on behalf of the petitioner on
