This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail in a case under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation that the petitioner had got a demand draft of Rs.2,85,000/- in the name of COMEDK and thereafter filed petition that his draft has been lost and enchased Rs.2,85,000/-. However, subsequently, the said draft was also encashed by the petitioner.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 09 of 2014 (G.R. No. 09 of 2014) pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani. The prayer of bail is rejected.
