The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.583-C of 2018 registered under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of torturing the opposite party no.2 by her husband and other in-laws for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand and pushing her on the burning Gas Oven due to which the opposite party no.2 sustained burn injury and was

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 is mother-in-law and the petitioner no.2 is brother-in-law of the opposite party no.2 and they have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shree Karunanidhi Prasad Arya (K.P. Arya), Judicial Magistrate 2nd Class, Barh, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No.583-C of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
