2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to move before the Bihar Land Tribunal to assail the order dated 23.02.2020 passed by the Land Reform Deputy Collector Ara Sadar in Appeal Case No. 176/2021-22.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
