The Cause Title of the order dated 02.11.2015 passed in the instant case is modified to the extent that in serial no.3, in place of „Bita Das‟, it should be read as "Bitu Das". The Cause Title of order dated 02.11.2015 passed in the instant case stands modified to the aforesaid extent. Four weeks‟ further time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in the Court below is granted to the Petitioners to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jehanabad, in connection with Kako P.S. Case No.126 of 2015 in terms of the order dated 02.11.2015.
