====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Nalanda P.S. Case No. 134 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 414, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that police arrested the petitioner with Motorcycle. He could not produce the paper on demand.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that no case has been filed against the aforesaid Motorcycle claiming to be stolen one.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77018 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif, in connection with Nalanda P.S.
