Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are in custody since 01.09.2017 and 20.11.2017, respectively. Allegation is that the petitioners and others, including the husband of the daughter of the informant committed murder of the daughter of the informant, as they were pressurizing the informant to withdraw Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac) which was fixed in her account for future need.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25645 of 2019(3) dt.11-06-2019 2/2 Submission is that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence. The allegation is general and omnibus. Considering the facts of this case aforesaid and the fact that trial is going on and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.513 of 2018, arising out of Bihta Police Station Case No.524 of 2017, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
