JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 147, 341, 323, 447, 448, 452, 380, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners submit that no case under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code is made out as the doctor found only bruise injury over the head which was simple in nature. The informant in the subsequent statement made allegation of theft of Rs.10,000/- from his pocket.

Having regard to the facts of the case, let all the petitioners as named above be released on bail in the event of surrender, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.4000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in Barsoi Police station Case No. 110 of 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49398 of 2015 (3) dt.15-12-2015 The petitioner no.1 would not physically absent for two consecutive dates at a stretch, till framing of charges, failing which the bail bond would be cancelled.
