The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case no. 52 of 2019 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant and others are said to have deposited Rs. 5200/- each in the Company run by Sahil in the name of Sahil Foundation Self Help Group on the allurement of getting back of Rs. 6,500/- per month out of the aforesaid deposit, but the said Sahil is now absconding and petitioners, who happen to be his parents and who also lend support to Sahil refused to make

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners happen to be parents of Sahil. The aforesaid Company is run by Sahil alone and the petitioners have no concern of any sort with the aforesaid Company. They have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they happen to be parents of Sahil. They have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S. Case no. 52 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
