The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation against the petitioners of torture for nonfulfillment of demand of dowry and due to non-fulfillment of the same, they killed the daughter of the informant and disposed of the dead body.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22628 of 2020(3) dt.15-10-2020 2/2 He submits that petitioners are in-laws and there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. He submits that husband of the deceased has already been arrested by the police. He further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Benipur in connection with Bahera Police Station Case No. 516 of 2019, corresponding to G.R.
