2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 366 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 97 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the neighbour of the informant was interested in getting his daughter married to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the first information report has been instituted after delay of about one week on 22.06.2015 for the alleged occurrence of 15.06.2015.

4. Considering, however, the deposition of the victim girl recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. where she has made

No.46919 of 2015 (3) dt.02-11-2015 2/2 direct accusation against the petitioner of having forcibly taken her away from her residence and kept in a hotel where he has established physical relation with her, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
