The grievance of the petitioners is that their application for renewal of the license has been refused and the renewal fee of Rs. 10,000/- has been returned without affording any opportunity of being heard to the petitioners. Learned counsel for the State accepts notice. He submits that in case, the petitioners file a representation within a week, a decision thereon shall be taken by the competent authority within three weeks thereof.

Any judgment cited by the parties shall be considered by the authority.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
