The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Daud Nagar P.S. Case No. 38 of 2014, registered under Sections 341, 323, 354 and 504/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that petitioner was on police bail and hence his prayer for anticipatory bail is not maintainable. Having regard to the fact that petitioner was on police bail, the trial court shall consider if petitioner surrender and prayed for regular that petitioner has enjoying on police bail. With the above observation, the bail petition is disposed of.
