The husband was motivated by the petitioner and on account thereof, there happens to be his presence with an allegation that at the relevant time he had poured kerosene over body of informant however was rescued by her own fatherin-law, mother-in-law. That being so, husband as well as petitioner, a cousin father-in-law have been made an accused. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that case has been compromised. It has also been submitted on behalf of petitioner that husband had already been granted bail by the learned lower court. In the aforesaid background the petitioner is directed to surrender before the lower court with a prayer for bail which the learned lower court will consider in the background of compromise having effected amongst the parties in consonance with the fact that husband, as submitted, had already been released on bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50065 of 2014 (2) dt.22-04-2015 With the aforesaid direction, instant petition is disposed of.
