The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 241 of 2013, registered under Sections 354(A), 341, 323, 307, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3/4 of S.C./S.T. Act. It is alleged that petitioner was attempted to outrage modesty of the victim and when the informant protest, the petitioner gave rod blow on the head of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are co-villagers and injury inflicted on the informant is simple and none of the female member has come to support the prosecution case.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40172 of 2014 (2) dt.22-04-2015 connection with Jagdishpur P.S Case No. 241 of 2013, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. m.p.
