Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 448, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that all accused persons came and assaulted the informant and others by farsa, knife and rod. Submission is that there is case and counter case between both sides and the specific allegation of assault on the head is against one Pramod Yadav and not against these petitioners and the injury on the informant is simple in nature. Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28824 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Amar Singh Yadav, Loha Singh, Raja Yadav and Dukhni Devi be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No.215 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
