21-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 109, 505, 153(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(D) of I.T. Act.
3. Allegation against this petitioner is that he posted some objectionable post from his facebook account.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that F.I.R. has been lodged, by way of political vendetta, for having criticized the 'Agniveer Policy' of the ruling party. It is further submitted that in a democratic country, every citizen is free to criticize any policy of the government. It is next submitted that petitioner posted the aforesaid message on social media out of emotion, however; the said message has already been deleted by the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IV, Rosera, District - Samastipur in connection with Hasanpur P.S.
