22-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Dr. Indiwar Kumari, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who apprehends his arrest in Bela P.S. Case No. 66 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 354, 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, has made a prayer for grant of anticipatory bail. In the F.I.R., the petitioner alongwith others have been named as accused and there is specific allegation against the petition.
I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.
The petition stands dismissed.
