JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No.32 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 436, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution story disclosed that the petitioners and other with respect to demand of dowry from the Nanad of the informant entered inside the house and assaulted them and damaged the property and shop also taken away silver payal worth of Rs.20,000/-.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Araria, in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No.32 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
