Petitioner is in custody in connection with Raghopur P.S.Case No.262 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 353, 307, 414 of the IPC and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35/27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that from the possession of the petitioner, one live cartridge was recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2019. Counsel for the State would submit that release of the petitioner may cause hindrance of Assembly Election of 2020.
