The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nawakothi P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Specific allegation is against other co-accused persons. As a matter of fact the deceased was a notorious criminal having several criminal cases pending against him.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
