JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1792/2012, Tr. No. 2853 of 2015 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 323, 379, 420, 406, 465 and 467 of the Indian Penal Code against him. The complainant alleged that the petitioner took Rs. 85,000/- for arranging VISA but the petitioner did not hand over VISA to the complainant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is said to be the step brother of the complainant and due to family dispute the present case has been instituted against the petitioner and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48397 of 2015 (3) dt.03-02-2016 others. It is further submitted that co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No.33019 of 2014. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 1792/2012, Tr. No. 2853 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Sudhir Singh, J) singh/- U T
