The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 303 of 2018 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R.. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was put on Test Identification Parade but he was not identified by the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner was not identified by the informant on TIP and he has remained in custody nearly four months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22372 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 Let, the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 303 of 2018.
