Learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 2 to 4 submits that in compliance of the order under contempt, due amount has already been paid in the account of the petitioner through cheque, one is of Rs.50,275/- and other is of Rs.9426/- as detailed in paragraph 6 of the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 to 4.
