JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the State.

In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201 and 34 of the I.P.C.

Allegedly, daughter of the informant was married with Kundan Yadav, the son of the petitioners, about ten years ago and she gave birth of two female children and then she was being tortured and ultimately she died in her in-laws house and her dead body was found lying in a well and thereafter the informant lodged this case.

Submission is that the petitioners are father-in-law

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42543 of 2014 (3) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 and mother-in-law and they are living separately since long. The informant after knowing the reality has sworn affidavit and had filed the same in the court of A.C.J.M. Lakhisarai that his daughter died due to accident, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes. Considering that the petitioners are old father-in-law and mother-in-law and they are living separately and as such the petitioners in case of their arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. A.C.J.M. Lakhisarai in Chanan P.S. Case No. 43 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
