2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 69 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(g) of Bihar Excise (Amended) Act, 2016 having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 20.08.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 33041 of 2016.

3. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 18.01.2017, a report had been received from the learned Court below which discloses that summons against the six prosecution witnesses have been issued but no prosecution witnesses have been examined so far.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and
