From perusal of report of the Additional Sessions Judge cum Special POCSO Act-VI, Sitamarhi dated 29.9.2020, kept at Flag R, it appears that in Trial No. 23/2019 (Sitamarhi Police Station Case No. 1069 of 2018) charge has already been framed and the case is pending for evidence.

In view of the report of the trial court, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
