Petitioner being lady is languishing in jail custody since 09.09.2016 on the accusation that 7 liters country made liquor was recovered from her possession.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with C-I No. 329 of 2016.
